Our team worked with the Ontarior Counsel for International Coorporation (OCIC) to enhance their online event registration experience.

We conducted user research and consolidated our findings into a user journey map to communicate our proposal for the website re-design to the OCIC staff.

We delivered a new design prototype and journey map to OCIC for implementation of our design proposal.

User Journey Map

Based on our findings, we visualized the user's current journey using OCIC's website. We use this map to communicate to OCIC about our findings in user research. We went over the pain-points/gain-points as well as opportunities to improve.
